Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no †divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.[1]

For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and ||divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?[2]

If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.[3]

I urge you, brothers and sisters, to watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned.z Keep away from them.a 18 For such people are not serving our Lord Christ,b but their own appetites.c By smooth talk and flattery they deceived the minds of naive people.[4]

Warn a divisive person once, and then warn them a second time. After that, have nothing to do with them.[5]

These are the people who divide you, who follow mere natural instincts and do not have the Spirit.[6]
