I think it also points up the need of having responsible community to receive the fruits of this kind of evangelistic ministry. Ern Baxter was a minister who accompanied William Branham on many campaigns between 1947 and 1953. William Branham's meetings were often called the Baxter-Branham meetings, as Ern Baxter would often preach. He also acted as William Branham's campaign manager during these years. William Branham mentioned that it was the Angel of the Lord that led him to contact Ern Baxter and have him accompany William Branham during his early healing campaigns. Ern Baxter said the following about William Branham's ministry:
