If you have just installed MediaWiki
You probably installed from git, or directly from the source code using some other method. This is expected. Try installing some skins from mediawiki.org's skin directory, by:
Downloading the tarball installer, which comes with several skins and extensions. You can copy and paste the skins/ directory from it.
Downloading individual skin tarballs from mediawiki.org.
Doing this should not interfere with your git repository if you're a MediaWiki developer.
If you have just upgraded MediaWiki
MediaWiki 1.24 and newer no longer automatically enables installed skins (see Manual: Skin autodiscovery). You can paste the following lines into LocalSettings.php to enable all installed skins:

A prophet or not a prophet?. William Branham said that he was a prophet. Then he said that he never said he was a prophet. Then he said he was a prophet. Then he said he wasn't a prophet. Who is right in this argument, and why?
Revelation 10:7. William Branham taught that he was the angel sent to the Church in Laodicea, and the angel sent in Revelation 10:7 to sound the trumpet and fulfill "the mystery of God".
The Prophet and The Eagle. William Branham taught that a prophet is represented by an Eagle in the Bible. So, pick up your Bible and let's check if this is really the case.
A Gentile Elijah based on Matthew 17:11. William Branham taught that he was Elijah the Prophet, and that a gentile prophet was promised. But is this what the Bible teaches?
William Branham said he was born under a Nazarite birth. But was he really, based on the Biblical laws for a Nazarite?
William Branham hated Jezebels (except for Marilyn Monroe, whom he went to see in theatres). He said this was proof that he had an Elijah spirit. But is this Biblical? Did Elijah really stand up to Jezebel?
4:5
William Branham taught that he was the fulfillment of he was the fulfillment of Malachi 4:5. How does this work, exactly, when an angel and Jesus both said that John the Baptist was the fulfillment of the Elijah Ministry, which is only mentioned once in the book of Malachi?
Zechariah 14:7 says that "in the evening time it shall be light." What does this mean, and does it really related to William Branham's ministry? Was the blast on Sunset Mountain super-spiritual, or was it just a sonic boom over Rattlesnake Mesa?
Acts 3:21 says that "The Lord God will raise up for you a prophet like [Moses]." William Branham said he received two signs in his hand, like Moses, so isn't William Branham like Moses? Not really, if you read the Bible.
