In Col. 1:26, the previously hidden mystery was “now made manifest to his saints.” It was made known now to all the nations in the worldwide preaching of the gospel; it was made known to God’s holy people because they were the natural recipients of his revelation; it was made known to the apostles and prophets because they were the ministers through whom the truth of God was communicated to their fellow-believers.<Ref>F.
