It should be mentioned that Spring Street likely rises in elevation, so there may be one point where the flood reached 18 feet, another where it reached 22, and another where it reached 23 feet. However, to claim that it reached 22 feet exactly is a bold prophecy that is likely off by inches or feet. | |||
