Sometime in the late 1970's, someone ran a car into the corner of the Branham Tabernacle, right where the cornerstone was.  As a result, the original had to be replaced as that whole corner had to be repaired.
Sometime in the late 1970's, someone ran a car into the front corner of the Branham Tabernacle, right where the cornerstone was.  As a result of the structural damage, the original cornerstone had to be replaced.

We talked to a person that was present
We talked to a person that was present when the original cornerstone was removed.  Everyone was excited as they were all going to see first hand William Branham's prophecy on the flyleaf of his Bible that was placed there when the cornerstone was originally laid.

Now, did they REMOVE those documents from the cornerstone at that time? If they did, where THEY loaned out to someone? Or maybe those documents blew away in the wind when the car smashed into the building.
It was removed and taken apart with great care.  People were in great expectation.  Virtually the entire congregation of Branham Tabernacle was there to witness the event.

I well remember when the cornerstone was replaced...everyone was all super excited to see his "prophecy flyleaf" when the cornerstone was taken apart, so very carefully...TA DA !! Get this !! NO FLYLEAF !!! The explanation given... God caused the fly leaf to be taken up into another dimension!!!! What a bunch of hogwash, my Dad was very scornful when that was foisted off on us . So it seems the "other dimension" excuse has really been around for awhile!
And when they opened the cornerstone, what did they find?

Nothing!  There as no Bible with the prophecy written on the flyleaf.  The was no book of prophecies.  There was not even a piece of paper with William Branham's handwriting.  What had happened?

WMB was NOT alive when the cornerstone was "exhumed" It was sometime in the late 70's, it was the front corner, nearest the corner, and a car hit it, causing structural damage requiring a new cornerstone. Everyone had such high expectations, it was kinda like Geraldo and the Al Capone vault. When it was not there at all, they just could not believe "their prophet" would lie, so conspiracy theories abounded, finally most decided God had taken it into another dimension! SMH
Of course, none of his followers could believe that William Branham, their prophet, would have lied about something so important.  So conspiracy theories abounded, with most finally believing that God had taken it into another dimension, similar to what happened to Joseph Smith's golden tablets.

Everyone who went to BT at the time, because they were all excited, but when it was such an epic fail, it pretty much was not talked about.
Was this yet another falsehood of William Branham?
