However, we were also provided a letter from the Louisville Historical Society (which I think was obtained by Peter Duyzer), which indicated that they had no record of anyone being killed in the construction of the bridge. The newspaper records should indicate whether anyone was killed in the bridge construction and the engineering reports would highlight any structural failures. | |||
