The following prophecy was spoken before the sermon "Contest", preached by William Branham on December 31, 1962, in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

The Prophecy

I speak unto thee, my Servant, this night.

I say unto thee, Surely thou are going to travel in a few days to a foreign land. To a far away people.

But I say unto thee, I am with thee, and I shall bless thee, and I say many great things shall take place at thy hand.

And I say thou art moving in this [country].

I say unto thee when thou comest to the mountaintop there I will meet thee as I did Moses, saith the Lord.

And I say unto thee, my people this night, Does thou not know the prophet of the living God standeth among thee? Does thou not know that he has proclaimed my Word to thee?

Doest thou not know that I am the Almighty God who hath called him and ordained before the foundation of the world to deliver this gospel to thee?

And thou must heed.

If thou doest not thou shalt have no portion of life with me saith the Almighty God.
